2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized products

  • The return address and packaging instructions

⚠️ Please do not send any items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at your expense.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Ship the parcel via a trackable courier service.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Step 4: Inspection & Confirmation

Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify condition and eligibility.
After inspection, we’ll email you to confirm whether your return or refund has been approved.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

5. Exchanges

China Import currently does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or item:

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take extra care to pack and ship your orders safely. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged or broken item

  • An incorrect product or variant

  • A defective or non-functional item
